Artisan Foods

We offer a variety of authentic extra thin crust Italian pizzas baked in our wood-fired brick oven. Our dough is made fresh daily and each crust is rolled by hand when an order is placed. Our Italian sausage, Spanish Chorizo and Gyros flavored lamb are all homemade and prepared by combining locally raised pork or lamb with special seasonings. All of the herbs that flavor the pizzas and meats are organically grown in our own gardens. In addition to our standard menu, we will be creating unique pizzas on a regular basis and adding items to our list of available ingredients.

PIZZA MENU

SUPREME
Italian sausage, pepperoni, vidalia onions, sweet bell peppers, fresh mushrooms, black olives and green olives on a crushed tomato base.

SOUTHWESTERN
Chorizo sausage, vidalia onions, black olives, jalapeno peppers and fresh cilantro on a crushed tomato base.

GREEK
Gyros flavored lamb, vidalia onions, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, feta cheese and oregano on a garlic olive oil base.

ALASKAN
Smoked salmon, vidalia onions, fresh dill and capers on a cream cheese base.

MARGHERITA
Fresh basil, shredded parmesan and a blend of mozzarella and smoked provolone cheese on a crushed tomato base.

BIANCA
A mix of four fresh herbs and four cheeses on a garlic olive oil base.

HAWAIIAN
Canadian bacon, vidalia onions, green peppers, pineapple and fresh cilantro on a crushed tomato base.

CUSTOM
Create your own pizza by selecting any of the following toppings on either a crushed tomato, garlic olive oil or cream cheese base: Italian sausage, pepperoni, Chorizo sausage, Gyros flavored lamb, smoked salmon, Canadian bacon, roasted chicken, vidalia onions, sweet bell peppers, green bell peppers, fresh mushrooms, black olives, green olives, kalamata olives, capers, artichoke hearts, jalapeno peppers, pineapple, basil, oregano, cilantro, dill, rosemary, thyme, parsley, shredded parmesan cheese, feta cheese and our mozzarella smoked provolone blend.

We also specialize in Artisan breads that are baked in the wood-fired oven as they have traditionally been for centuries. A selection of accompaniments combine with our bread to make a wonderful meal. An assortment of wine and beer is also available.

Along with pizzas and breads, ice cream and a weekly seasonal specialty will be offered as availability allows.

Our breads and herbs can be purchased in the restaurant, as well as jams and salsas  made with fresh local ingredients.
